Class Cancellation & Credit Policy

Cancellation Notice Requirements

Full Credit

• Students who provide cancellation notice 72 hours or more before the class start time will receive a 100% credit toward a future class.
• This credit must be used within 12 months of the original class date.
• Credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

• Students who cancel less than 72 hours before the class starts or fail to attend will forfeit their full registration fee.
• As a courtesy, these students will receive a 20% credit toward their next class registration.
• This partial credit must be used within 12 months of the original class date.

Important Notes

1. The classes have limited seating capacity. When you register, you secure a seat that could have been filled by another student.
2. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate students who need to reschedule.
3. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to tr******@*********sa.com.
4. The timestamp of your cancellation notice will determine which policy applies.

Credit Usage

• Credits can only be applied to future class registrations.
• Credits cannot be converted to cash refunds.
• Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• The student is responsible for any difference in class fees if the future class cost is higher than the original registration.
