Class Cancellation & Credit Policy
Cancellation Notice Requirements
Full Credit
- Students who provide cancellation notice 72 hours or more before the class start time will receive a 100% credit toward a future class.
- This credit must be used within 12 months of the original class date.
- Credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
- Students who cancel less than 72 hours before the class starts or fail to attend will forfeit their full registration fee.
- As a courtesy, these students will receive a 20% credit toward their next class registration.
- This partial credit must be used within 12 months of the original class date.
Important Notes
- The classes have limited seating capacity. When you register, you secure a seat that could have been filled by another student.
- We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate students who need to reschedule.
- All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to tr******@*********sa.com.
- The timestamp of your cancellation notice will determine which policy applies.
Credit Usage
- Credits can only be applied to future class registrations.
- Credits cannot be converted to cash refunds.
- Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- The student is responsible for any difference in class fees if the future class cost is higher than the original registration.
